Q.  How long does the initial Ex3 Matters program take to complete?

The initial training takes 12-15 hours plus, has 17 breakouts and 33 video segments. After completing this training, you will be well-armed to tackle the business development portion of your practice. However, the program is ongoing, and will provide you with learning opportunities for as long as you are a member.

Q. How long will it take me to be productive?

This is one question we cannot answer directly. It is different for every individual, and depends upon many factors. Like most things in life, you get out of it what you put into it.

Our experience has been that many are well on their way to replacing their previous incomes within 12 months.

Q. What type of support will be available after completing the initial program?

The entire concept of Ex3 Matters is to provide ongoing support, education and a community of like-minded professionals. Members will have constant access to formal and informal support for nearly any consulting issue through our community platform on LinkedIn. The training programs are designed to provide best practice training for delivering engagements and you will always be able to ask other experts questions about any issue you may face.

Q. Is it realistic to balance multiple clients at the same time?

Most likely you have been doing this your entire career! Multiple projects for one employer is almost identical to multiple projects for several clients. As an independent consultant you will simply need to readdress your time management. It has been our experience that professionals have needed to do this at every stage of their career development to this point.

Q. What tools are available through Ex3 Matters?

Your membership in Building Your Consulting Toolbox and Taking Your Practice to the Next Level gives you access to over 40 products that will be branded to your company. For the most part, included in each system is a scripted facilitator guide, participant handout, PowerPoint slides and video exercises. If it makes sense for your practice, these turnkey programs range from $695 to $1,595.

These tools have multiple applications, and they can be used from individual coaching to strategic planning.

Q. How much will it cost me to run an assessment?

Profiles are generated by using credits. ‘Credits’ is the term used to describe the ‘currency’ used within the system. Credits are needed to issue access codes to the individual that will in turn enable you to generate any applicable reports. Each credit costs $3.60. It “costs” anywhere from 0-50 credits depending on the assessment. This expense is usually billed to your client as part of your engagement. Your “tool box” will become a profit center for your practice.

Q. What if I want to own a complete facilitation system?

You may choose to acquire a complete turnkey facilitation system and use them for multiple engagements.
